The Store Leader drives daily store operations and upholds our core values. You’ll lead and develop your team, optimize store performance, and ensure a top-tier customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


SALES AND OPERATIONS

  • Manage daily operations, visual standards, and in-store promotions.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate team members with a focus on development.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll budgets and staffing plans.
  • Partner with vendors for merchandising support and execution.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Promote “Amaze Every Customer Every Time” as a daily practice.
  • Coach associates on best-in-class customer service.
  • Use team meetings and huddles to communicate goals and motivate.
  • Address and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.


INVENTORY

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through daily processes and reports.
  • Reduce shrink and optimize stock levels.

COACHING AND TRAINING

  • Support associate training programs and personal development.
  • Participate in ongoing leadership training and industry events.


SAFETY, COMPLIANCE AND STORE ENVIRONMENT

  • Ensure store safety standards and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address issues promptly.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
