Job description

Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns quickly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests with their shipping, packing, printing or mailbox needs

Expert on product knowledge to assist customers

Operate POS, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers

Ability to operate copy & fax machines

Ensure the highest level of customer service by assisting customers with concerns and exchanges

Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers

Consistently upholds a neat, clean and organized store and stockroom

Assist in visual presentation standards and ensure the store retail is replenished

Maintain compliance with Retail Operations Policy and Procedures

Two year of Retail Sales experience

Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and time-management skills

Proven ability to multi-task and direct activities at all levels

Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business

Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

The ability to read, write, and perform basic math

The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

individually and team lift up to 125 lbs

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
