What is a store audit?

Store audits are systematic inspections of retail stores to assess compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations. Audits typically review aspects such as product displays, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, pricing, and overall store operations. The goal is to ensure consistency, enhance customer experience, and identify areas for improvement. Store audits may be conducted by internal teams or third-party auditors and often include detailed reports and actionable recommendations.
