Job description

A store clerk is responsible for the multiple functions needed to carry out daily activities in the conventient store environment. These activities include but are not limited to:

  • Cashier and point of sale operator
  • Stocking of items on the sale's floor and in the coolers
  • Product questions and knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of promotions and programs being carried out by the company
  • Food prep
  • Cash and drawer management to ensure balancing days
