We are looking to expand our retail team by hiring a full time hourly Retail Ambassador who is motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, loves cheese, and would enjoy โ€œtelling the Cabot storyโ€.ย  If this sounds like the type of work you have been in search of and you would welcome an opportunity to be an important part of our retail team, we would love the opportunity to talk with you. The role requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and be comfortable standing during the shift on a cement floor and the ability to climb stairs.ย Must have weekend availability.ย

What you'll be doing:

Duties and responsibilities include providing superior customer service to our visitors; educating customers about Cabot cheese, our farmer-owners, and all other products in the store; and helping customers with making selections.ย 

What we are seeking:

  • ย Comfortable approaching and engaging with visitorsย 
  • Competent computer skills; knowledge of Shopify POS is a plusย 
    • ย Work as part of a team both within the retail setting as well as in the larger Cabot Marketing Departmentย 
    • Dependable and reliable both in attendance and with displaying a positive โ€œcan doโ€ attitude.ย
