Job description

Job Summary
The X Center Store Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience while driving merchandise sales and supporting the overall guest experience within M1 Concourse’s X Center. This position assists guests with product selection, apparel sizing, merchandising, inventory management and retail transactions while maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment. During lower-volume periods, the Store Associate cross-trains and supports Concierge and Host operations by assisting with guest arrivals, venue check-ins, reservations and general inquiries. The X Center Store Associate shall represent M1 Concourse with the highest level of professionalism and decorum.
Job Responsibilities
  • Answers incoming phone calls and directs inquiries appropriately. 
  • Assists guests with apparel sizing, product features and purchase decisions. 
  • Assists guests with general venue information and event-related inquiries. 
  • Assists with guest check-ins, admissions, reservations and simulator scheduling as needed. 
  • Assists with physical inventory counts, cycle counts and inventory audits. 
  • Cross-trains and provides Host and Concierge support during lower-volume periods. 
  • Engages visitors proactively to identify merchandise needs and recommend products. 
  • Ensures adherence to company policies, operational procedures and safety requirements. 
  • Maintains a guest-first mindset and contributes to a culture of hospitality and teamwork. 
  • Maintains accurate cash handling procedures and payment processing standards. 
  • Maintains awareness of current merchandise offerings, promotions, memberships and venue events. 
  • Maintains cleanliness, organization and presentation standards throughout the retail environment. 
  • Maintains visually appealing displays and merchandising presentations in accordance with company expectations. 
  • Processes retail transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems. 
  • Receives, tags, prices and organizes incoming merchandise. 
  • Reconciles registers and daily sales transactions at the conclusion of each shift. 
  • Restocks merchandise, replenishes inventory and maintains appropriate stock levels. 
  • Supports promotional events, product launches and special hospitality experiences. 
  • Welcomes guests and provides exceptional customer service throughout the retail experience. 
  • Performs all other duties as may be required and assigned.
