Job description

We pride ourselves on the customer experience. As a store associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring our visitors enjoy their time with us. With a clean store, stocked shelves, and first-rate customer service, you will be responsible for making sure we continually put our best foot forward.

  • Welcome customers with a friendly smile, open attitude, and a desire to help
  • Take pride in having a clean store by maintaining the bathrooms, sweeping and mopping, cleaning all surface areas, removing trash both inside and outside the store, wiping down the gas pumps and other general cleaning tasks
  • Keep the shelves full by restocking items quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure a smooth check out process through use of the cash register
  • Suggestive selling and engagement with customers
  • Selling and enrolling patrons into our coffee club membership
  • Utilize non-customer facing time to execute other assigned tasks
  • Cross trained and utilized as backup to all general tasks in the store
  • Uphold all company safety and quality guidelines

What Youll Need

  • Ability to do general math skills, such as adding simple numbers and counting out money
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 10 hours
  • Ability to execute the physical demands of the role, including constant reaching above shoulder, stooping, swatting, bending at the waist, kneeling, pushing or pulling
  • Ability to execute small repetitive motor functions consistent with using a computer or cash register over extended periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to work overtime if needed
