Title: Convenience Store Associate
Store Associate (Day Shift)

Haffner's is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Associate to join our retail team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and fully stocked store environment.


Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service.
  • Accurately process register transactions and handle cash according to company procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
  • Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are available and presented properly.
  • Assist customers with questions, purchases, and store services.
  • Follow all alcohol, tobacco, and age-restricted sales laws and company policies.
  • Verify identification for applicable purchases and refuse sales when legal requirements are not met.
  • Follow food safety, safety, and loss prevention procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product or maintenance needs to management.
  • Support daily store operations and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Help create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
Qualifications
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
