JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the retail store. This role involves stocking inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and handling financial transactions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct daily activities to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address any customer concerns.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.



All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • One (1) or more years’ Experience working in retail environment (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of procedures and operation of the following: cash register, SNAP purchases, cash control policy, safe drop procedures, selling and cashing lottery and lotto tickets, beer, and wine sales, completed a certified alcohol sellers' training program, tobacco, and money order sales.
