Full Job Description
Oasis Home Center is seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Our sales positions require outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, the ability to meet and set goals, and a desire to succeed. 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet customers immediately in store, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Aid customers in purchasing merchandise in store, online, and via phone.
  • Become familiar with products, brands, prices, and make recommendations of products, including their features and benefits, to suit customers’ needs. 
  • Price and tag items appropriately based on pricing/buying guidelines. Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedure.
  • Provide continued customer service after the point of purchase by keeping customers informed on the status of their order.

  • Understand different product lines and offerings.
  • Participate in initial, and continued product training.
  • A great attitude and the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
