Job description

Wilsonville Self Storage is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Manager to support our facility on Saturdays and provide occasional coverage during the week as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, providing exceptional customer service, and taking pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Pay depends on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the office
  • Answer the phone on the 1st ring
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Show storage units to prospective customers
  • Lease units and process rental agreements
  • Accept and process rent payments
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Conduct periodic property walks to ensure the facility is clean, secure, and operating properly
  • Perform light cleaning and office upkeep
  • Assist customers with questions and problem resolution
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed, including landscapers, maintenance contractors, and utility providers

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

  • Self-Storage work experience with references not required but preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Asks questions and takes directions easily and quickly from supervisor
  • Possess basic computer and office software skills
  • Be physically capable of walking the property and operating roll-up storage unit doors
  • Have strong customer service and communication skills
  • Be dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and sound judgment in all aspects of the role
