We are a dynamic real estate brokerage in Henderson, NV, currently seeking a dedicated Client Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, well-organized, and versatile in handling diverse responsibilities. Candidates should be adept at managing their time efficiently and be capable of working collaboratively within a team. This role involves regular driving within Las Vegas and Henderson to fulfill various job requirements.
Responsibilities
Field Work:
• Install and remove real estate signs
• Distribute property flyers
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Install and remove lockboxes
• Arrange and remove staging items
• Run various errands
• Handle post office and mailing tasks
• Document property conditions through photography
• Organize and keep the storage unit neat
Administration & Office:
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Participate in weekly 1-on-1 sessions with a supervisor
• Perform light data entry tasks
• Coordinate schedules and calendars
Time & Task Management:
• Accurately track hours worked on a daily basis
