Job description

Are you a people person with a passion for sales? IMKO Workforce Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representatives for a national storage company with a call center located in Columbia, MO. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the perfect storage solutions for their needs. If you're a persuasive, friendly, and resilient problem-solver, we want to hear from you!
Shift: This is a full-time, on-site position. Applicants must be able to work 40 hours per week and be available between 11 am and 10:30 pm seven days per week (this includes weekends). This position will have split days off.
Pay: $19.50/hr

What You'll Do:
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Engage with potential and current customers to promote our services and close sales.
  • Guide callers through the sales process by actively listening to their needs and recommending suitable storage solutions.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by addressing caller inquiries, overcoming concerns, and creating a sense of urgency.
  • Accurately record caller information and sales details.
  • Adhere to key performance indicators related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on all our features, procedures, and benefits.
What We're Looking For:
  • Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • 6+ months of call center, clerical, or customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management, and a professional demeanor.
  • Typing speed of 35-40 wpm. The ability to work on a computer and navigate the internet is essential.
  • Physical Demands: This is a sedentary role that requires sitting for extended periods.
