Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Hourly, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

No Self-Storage Experience? No Problem!
We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the tools and resources needed to succeed in property management. Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality, customer service, or other property management-related roles is beneficial and preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls promptly, providing cheerful, patient, and solution-driven service
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, focusing on growth and retention
  • Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained through regular inspections and upkeep
  • Perform general maintenance tasks: cleaning units, sweeping, changing light bulbs, adding/removing locks, picking up trash, and more
  • Manage daily operations, including customer move-ins and move-outs, processing payments, tracking delinquencies, vendor coordination, and sales assistance for unit rentals and moving supplies
  • Operate and sell UHAUL services at designated locations
  • Conduct marketing outreach to attract potential customers and match them with the right unit size and rate
  • Utilize computers and software for data entry, email communication, and record-keeping

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to work scheduled hours
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Initiative-driven mindset with a customer service focus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
