Job description

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Logistician to join our team in San Diego, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Create and Submit electronic DD-1149 to NIWC Pacific Hub services for all TDL parts and equipment being ship from the
    CB-ISEA. Prepare hardcopy DD-1149 for all TDL Parts that will be hand carried from the CB-ISEA. Print and apply N-ERP Label
    on all incoming TDL Project parts/equipment, and store them in the appropriate OM&S TDL warehouse Bins and Racks. Prepare
    Key Supplemental Supporting Documentation (KSSD) for all incoming TDL OM&S parts. Manage TDL material for all TDL CBISEA
    programs stored in the TDL warehouse. Responsible for receiving, issuing and transferring these parts stored in the TDL
    warehouse. Upon request, provide the tracking information for all TDL parts shipped. Prepare Excess material/Equipment Turn-In
    forms to excess project equipment and parts that are no longer required to for use. Perform data calls for OM&S equipment/parts
    stored in the TDL warehouse. There are no travel anticipated for this position.

Position Requirements:
  • Education: Working knowledge of Logistics and Warehouse management.
  • Basic Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in the management of Tactical Data Links (TDL) parts, coordinating the
    creating, and shipping of military Systems
  • Specialized Experience: Experience in using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) Operations, Maintenance and
    Sustainment (OM&S) database. Verify TDL parts stored in the warehouse by using National Item Identification Number (NIIN),
    Unique Material Number (UMN) and Part Numbers. Experience preparing hard copy and electronic copy of DD-1149 documentation
    to support OM&S Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR). Coordinate and deliver TDL equipment to NIWC Pacific
    Transportation Supply Department for shipment. Experience coordinating the daily pick-up and delivery of TDL parts to and from
    NIWC supply department. Experience preparing Excess material/Equipment Turn-In forms to excess TDL equipment.

Position is located in San Diego, CA.
