Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
  • Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
Pay & Earnings
  • Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
  • Daily tips can average $20–$150+
  • Monthly performance bonuses for top performers

What You’ll Do
  • Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed
  • Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job
  • Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments
  • Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management
Moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Schedule Expectations
