As a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage), you'll combine customer service, sales, and property operations to help customers find the right storage solutions while ensuring our facility remains safe, clean, and welcoming.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
  • Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
  • Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
  • Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
  • Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
  • Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
  • Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
  • Safely lift, carry, and transport materials, equipment, and other items weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • As part of our hiring process, a background check is required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
