Our client is a well-established organization seeking temporary administrative support for their Claims department while a team member is out on leave. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to gain exposure to a claims-focused environment.

Job Description:

The Claims Administrative Support professional will assist with day-to-day document processing, data entry, records management, and file organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a large volume of information across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain information accurately within internal systems and databases.
  • Prepare paper and electronic records for scanning and digital storage.
  • Organize and categorize claims-related documentation to ensure files are complete and easy to access.
