The Role: Business Lead We are looking for a high-impact business leader, a catalyst with "Ownership DNA" who doesn't just manage a queue but drives the business forward. You will be a key leader on the business team, ideating and delivering the post-transaction capabilities that drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability for Walmart eCommerce. What You’ll Do You will operate within a strategic framework:

  • Executive Communication: You will distill technical complexity into clear, high-level "so-whats." You’ll build enterprise-level story arcs for everyone from peers to board members, gaining buy-in with brevity and clarity.
