Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to members and guests through high-quality facials and add-ons
  • Conduct strong consultations and create progressive treatment plans aligned to client goals
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend post-treatment home care
  • Support rebooking and membership growth through relationship-building and client education
  • Participate in training and uphold Hand & Stone protocols and service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and shared spaces
  • Follow spa operational procedures and scheduling standards

Qualifications

  • Active NYS Esthetics License (required)
  • Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance (required)
  • Professional, client-first approach with strong communication skills
  • Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and time management
  • Comfort working toward goals related to rebooking and retail/home care (coaching provided)
  • Team-oriented mindset and interest in long-term growth
  • Dermalogica and Image Skincare experience is a plus
