Job Description

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Logistics Clerk to support product logistics and inventory operations for a fast-paced production environment in Beaverton, OR. This position will work with product and merchandise throughout the receiving, staging, tracking, production, and shipping processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, comfortable working with inventory, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound product, including staging, receiving, inventory put-away, and shipping.

  • Perform daily merchandising and product preparation tasks as needed.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate movement of merchandise.

  • Support pre-production activities and ensure products are available according to established timelines.

  • Inspect received merchandise for condition and accuracy.

  • Digitally and physically tag, track, and monitor merchandise throughout the production process.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure merchandise is properly accounted for.

  • Identify and communicate product or inventory issues to leads and supervisors.

  • Process merchandise for liquidation or return once production activities are complete.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and accurate inventory storage areas.

  • Complete daily, weekly, and seasonal tasks while meeting established deadlines.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in stockroom, retail, or a similar environment preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with a variety of departments.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Basic computer skills; Excel experience is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently when needed.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
