We are seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Doraville, GA. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, stocking, order fulfillment, receiving shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves, racks, and warehouse storage areas accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory organization and ensure products are properly labeled and stored.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
  • Assist with moving, assembling, and staging products as needed.
  • Support warehouse and store operations as business needs require.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsRequired
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. regularly.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training.
Preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean.
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or logistics experience.
  • Experience using inventory management or ERP systems.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
