Job description

You will assist the Manager in the operations of our Bomber store which operates throughout the entire year at Princess Auto Stadium. On game days you and your team provide the fans with the latest Blue Bomber merchandise. You will deal daily with customers in-store while overseeing a retail team and game day staff. You should have a flair for merchandising and thrive on creating a great fan experience every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfil all opening and closing duties, e.g., balancing cash and credit card sales receipts, preparing bank deposits, running closing reports, reviewing and editing daily reconciliation sheets and monthly sales reports, etc.
  • Supervision and training of retail associates.
  • Manage and maintain retail store policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee store operation and sales goals by assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Interacting and assisting customers with Bomber merchandise.
  • Utilize monthly sales goals to develop weekly and daily store targets.
  • Inventory management.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ retail experience
  • Retail stocking, inventory and warehouse experience.
  • Proficient using computerized inventory management system.
  • Strong customer service orientation and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a very fast paces environment, and adapt to last minute changes.
  • Exceptional work ethic, personal accountability, and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Applicant must have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
