Job description

The Inbound associate reports directly to the Inbound Manager.
The Inbound associate performs all stocking/receiving functions including but not limited to: Scanning, counting, unloading trucks stacking items onto carts/shelves, in a fast and accurate manner. The Inbound associate demonstrates behavior that supports AWBC core values. 1st shift is Monday -Friday 7-3:30. Overtime during the busy seasons Sept - Dec.
3rd shift - Sunday - Thursday 8pm - 4:30am
Roles and Responsibilities
    • Certification to operator a forklift and pallet jack.

    โ€ข Stacks product on shelves.
    โ€ข Receive product using an RF scanner.
    โ€ข Counts product to be stocked.
    โ€ข Key's product into system using an RF scanner.
    โ€ข Moves product from staging areas to stocking locations.
    โ€ข Responsible for following all safety rules, regulations, and guidelines.
    โ€ข Performs other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications and Education Requirements
    โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent.
    Preferred Skills
    โ€ข Previous warehouse experience preferred.
    โ€ข Prior experience using radio-frequency scanner preferred.
    โ€ข Computer Skills
    โ€ข Basic Mathematical Skills
    Physical and Environmental Requirements
    Must Be Able To:
    โ€ข Stand for long period of time, up to 4 continuous hours, 8 - 12 hours during a shift.
    โ€ข Walk up to 8 miles a day. Walking short distances through the department/building.
    โ€ข Use hands/arms to operate required equipment and repetitive motion activities.
    โ€ข Lift objects up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
    โ€ข Communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device.
    โ€ข Bend, stoop, or crouch while performing daily activities of the job.
    โ€ข Effective verbal and written communications skills.
    Must be able to work in variable work locations.
