What is a stocking job?

Stocking jobs involve receiving, organizing, and placing merchandise on shelves in retail stores, warehouses, or distribution centers. Employees in these roles ensure products are displayed correctly, inventory is tracked, and aisles remain tidy for customers. Stockers often work early mornings, evenings, or overnight to restock shelves and prepare the store for customers.
