We're now hiring Assistant Managers and looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in managing a winning team at our Jersey Mike's store. If you enjoy working with people and love to learn new things, we want you to help lead our Team! Immediately placing strong applicants.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Staffing responsibilities - screening, interviews, on-boarding

  • Training and motivating team members

  • Monitoring all service of equipment

  • Cashier monitoring - managing cash from earnings

  • Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level

Qualifications:

  • Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills

  • Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself

  • Be able to operate computer systems.

  • Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store

  • Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant

  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience - preferably in QSR industry
