Overview
Position Title: PM Stocker
Pay: $23.00 - $26.02/hr. plus incentives of up to $4/hr. based on performance plus a generous benefits package.
Benefits Summary: Benefits for Harbor Team Members include vacation, sick time, personal holiday, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with a generous employer match and some great Harbor perks.
FLSA Status: Hourly Full Time
Shift Schedule (Days & Avg Hours): Sunday - Thursday (3:00pm-Job Completion ) hours and days may vary based on workflow and scheduling.
Harbor Wholesale Foods, one of the Nation's Top 25 Wholesale Distributors to convenience stores, is seeking a PM Stocker for our freezer and/or dry departments.
General Summary: The main purpose of the PM Stocker is to utilize a stand up reach forklift and scanner to replenish the pick slots and maintain overstock in the freezer and dry areas.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
  • Stocking pick slots
  • Accurate use of scanner
  • Proper rotation of product
  • Maintain pick slot and overstock neatness
  • Safe and efficient operation of forklift to pull product from racking
  • Maintain clean and neat work area
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Skilled in oral expression, communication and comprehension
  • Skilled in basic arithmetic
  • Manual Dexterity - The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
  • Trunk Strength - The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.
  • Must be able to read English, recognize numbers, and select the appropriate product to fill orders
  • Ability to work well with other employees to foster a respectful and professional work environment

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • One to three months related experience and/or training preferred

Working Conditions
Extreme cold environment conditions (range of -30F to 10F). Appropriate freezer protection is provided.
Moderate noise level in the freezer
