AM Stocker

Pay: $21.00 - $23.76/hr plus full benefits
Shift Schedule (Days & Avg Hours): Sunday - Thursday 7:00AM - 3:30PM (this is a full time position, 40 hr weeks).

Harbor Wholesale Foods, one of the Nation's Top 25 Wholesale Distributors to convenience stores, is seeking an AM Stocker for our dry departments.

General Summary: The main purpose of the PM Stocker is to utilize a stand up reach forklift and scanner to replenish the pick slots and maintain overstock in the dry areas of the warehouse.


Essential Job Functions

  • Stocking pick slots
  • Accurate use of scanner
  • Proper rotation of product
  • Maintain pick slot and overstock neatness
  • Safe and efficient operation of forklift to pull product from racking
  • Maintain clean and neat work area
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Required Skills and Abilities

  • No experience neccessary. We will train the right people
  • Skilled in oral expression, communication and comprehension
  • Skilled in basic arithmetic
  • Manual Dexterity - The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
  • Trunk Strength - The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.
  • Must be able to read English, recognize numbers, and select the appropriate product to fill orders
  • Ability to work well with other employees to foster a respectful and professional work environment

Education and Experience

  • No experience neccessary. We will train the right people
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • One to three months related experience and/or training preferred

Ambient temperature changes seasonally, Moderate noise levels in the warehouse.
