Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving (Levels I, II, III)

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a reach truck or dock stocker forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Handle and transport heavy items while maintaining workplace safety.
  • Unpack and verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of received merchandise.
  • Inspect, organize, and distribute materials across inventory and manufacturing lines.
  • Prepare kitting packages with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform put-away functions for received goods.
  • Adhere to CPD labeling requirements as per customer specifications.
Requirements:
  • Valid forklift certification (reach truck or dock stocker required).
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour + $2/hour shift differential for second shift.
  • Shift Options:
    • AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | Monday – Friday
    • PM Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM | Monday – Friday
  • Bonus Pay available for weekend shifts!
