Position Summary
The Stocker is responsible for areas of warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup. Forklift experience is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the driver in loading, locating job sites, backing up safely, preparing and restoring the job site, and stocking materials on the job site. Prepare the truck for the following day and maintain the truck and the equipment. Safely unload product and deliver to an assigned area as directed by the customer.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma preferred. 1-3 years of experience or more preferred. Core Competencies: Strive to do the right thing by displaying trust and integrity. Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must ear protective gear and steel-toed boots. Will frequently move about inside the warehouse.
  • Must be able to operate basic warehouse machinery.
  • Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in. these situations.
  • Constantly working in a warehouse environment.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
