Job description

Warehouse Equipment Operator

We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for First Shift Receiving team (7am - 3:30pm) Monday-Friday. Overtime required as scheduled.

New Pay rate: $23.00

Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked

Average incentive over $330 per month.

7:00am shift start M-F

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours

3-5 years' material handling equipment experience preferred

Aim to excel in fast-paced environment

Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including order selectors stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers

Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsibilities:

Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, order picker, and reach truck in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures

Accurately pick/receive product quantities or store product in assigned locations

Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner

Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments

Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times

Complete tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners

Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas

Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet and put in rack locations.

Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
