What is a stocker picker?

Stocker Pickers are warehouse employees responsible for selecting and retrieving items from storage shelves and stocking them in designated areas. They use equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move products efficiently and ensure that inventory is correctly organized. Their role is vital in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and ensuring that products are available for shipping or restocking in retail spaces.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a stocker picker?

These skills ensure inventory is accurately managed, shelves are stocked efficiently, and overall warehouse operations run smoothly.
