The stocker ensures shelves are full and organized with products, maintaining a visually appealing and easily accessible shopping environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Ensures consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experiences.
· Continually seeks merchandising techniques to maximize sales.
· Responsible for receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise, rotating products for freshness, and keeping the store clean and tidy. They also assist customers with locating items and may handle basic cashier duties.
· Maintain safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the store backroom and aisles.
· Assist with inventory as needed.
· May operate power equipment for stocking and moving merchandise.
· Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Exceptional customer service.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks.
Education and Experience:
