Stocker Inventory Jobs in Lebanon, PA (NOW HIRING)

The Pallet Stocker supports a high-volume shipping operation by preparing trailers for loading, stocking and moving pallets, and assisting with order fulfillment activities in a fast-paced distribution center. This role works a 4x10 schedule from Sunday to Wednesday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., and requires safe operation of dock stockers and other warehouse equipment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.

• Operate dock stockers and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, stage, and stock pallets.
• Prepare trucks and trailers for loading by cleaning the dock area, removing empty or excess pallets, and organizing freight as needed.
• Load trucks accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and shipping schedules.
• Assist on the sort line by sorting completed totes into the correct store orders and ensuring items are routed to the proper destinations.
• Support inventory and picking activities by handling pallets, product, and materials in alignment with warehouse processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including regular removal of debris and unused materials from the dock and surrounding zones.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper use of equipment and safe lifting techniques.
• Work on foot for extended periods, moving throughout the facility to complete tasks in various areas of the distribution center.
• Perform regular physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Be available to work scheduled shifts on Sunday through Wednesday nights and provide coverage on weekends and holidays as required.

• Ability to safely operate dock stockers, forklifts, and other warehouse material handling equipment.
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Skills in inventory handling, picking, and order selection in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to use high reach equipment to access and move pallets and product.
• Strong safety orientation with consistent adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while working on foot in a large facility.
• Ability to stoop, squat, and kneel regularly as part of daily tasks.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule (Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.).
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by operational needs.

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment operations.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and voice-directed warehouse systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented distribution environment.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling high volumes of product.
• Strong reliability and punctuality, particularly for night shift work.
• Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.

This role is based in a fast-paced distribution center that supports high-volume order fulfillment. Work is performed primarily on foot for extended periods, with frequent movement throughout the facility and regular interaction with pallets, freight, and warehouse equipment. Employees regularly use forklifts, reach trucks, dock stockers, RF scanners, and voice-directed systems, and must consistently follow all safety guidelines and procedures. The physical environment includes varying temperatures and working around moving equipment and machinery in a temperate-controlled warehouse setting. The atmosphere is team-oriented and focused on productivity, accuracy, and safety. The dress code is relaxed and practical, allowing shorts or pants, sneakers or other closed-toe shoes, and T-shirts without profanity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREDERICKSBURG, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr.
