Job description

PART OR FULL TIME: 25-40 hrs/week. Saturdays are also needed. Need to load the USPS mail truck at about 2 pm on Saturdays.


Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and Receive: Unload incoming delivery trucks, inspect shipments for damage, and verify quantities against packing slips or invoices.
  • Stock and Organize: Place merchandise onto designated shelves, racks, or pallets using an organized inventory system.
  • Track Inventory:log incoming stock into inventory software, and conduct physical inventory or cycle counts.
  • Fulfill Orders: Pull items from storage locations to assemble, pack, and label shipments for outgoing orders.
  • Maintain Safety: Keep aisles, docks, and backrooms clean while following all workplace safety rules and wearing personal protective equipment


Qualifications and Skills

  • Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Physical Strength: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld barcode scanners or inventory management software.
