Job Description
Hi-Way Distributing in North Canton, Ohio is seeking dependable warehouse associates to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining products in designated areas to ensure inventory is accessible and ready for use. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
· Stock and organize products in designated warehouse or storage areas
· Unload, sort, and move merchandise throughout the facility
· Maintain clean, neat, and safe work areas
· Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or missing products
· Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Previous stocking, warehouse, retail, or inventory experience preferred but not required
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
· Dependable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions
