Job Summary: Warehouse Stockers are responsible for keeping track of inventory, receiving and processing incoming stock, and picking and filling orders from stock. The main job is to ensure that all products are organized, stored, and delivered in a timely manner. 

The essential job functions include the following:

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials
  • Pick and fill orders from stock
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for damages or defects
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized
  • Operate forklifts or other machinery to move and store products
  • Communicate effectively with other warehouse workers and supervisors
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management 


Requirements:

  • Comfort with working at heights is essential for this position
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment preferred
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 100 lbs) which might involve being at a high altitude
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other machinery safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
