Now Hiring: Warehouse Associates & Machine Operators
Woodbury, MN | $17.50-$23.35/hr. | Full-Time - Evaluation to Hire
Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring hard-working, mechanically inclined individuals for multiple openings in the East Metro! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and learning new skills, we want to connect with you.
We're currently hiring for:
  • Warehouse Stockers (1st Shift) - $18.35/hr.
  • Warehouse Associates (2nd Shift) - $18.35/hr. (up to $23.35 after hire)
  • Light Equipment Operators (Rotating Schedules) 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am - $17.50/hr.+$20.50

What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are:
  • Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability
  • Experienced in machine operation (preferred)
  • Comfortable with tools, measurements, and basic math
  • Able to read a ruler and follow detailed instructions
  • Backgrounds in automotive, carpentry, or hands-on trades are a plus
  • Warehouse experience is a must (RF scanners, picking/packing, etc.)
  • Stand-up forklift experience is a plus (not required)
  • Comfortable working at heights when needed

Warehouse Roles - What You'll Do
  • Stock and replenish inventory
  • Pick, build, and pack orders by hand
  • Use RF scanners and follow order tickets
  • Build pallets and prepare shipments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Equipment Operator Role - What You'll Do
  • Operate and set up light production/printing equipment
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Monitor quality and make precise adjustments
  • Cross-train in multiple departments
  • Assist with workflow coordination and team support

Schedules Available
  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
  • 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM + OT
  • Rotating 3x12 Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00PM - 6:00AM (includes every other weekend)

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50-60 lbs. regularly
  • Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
  • Work in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Comfortable around machinery and varying noise levels
