Job Summary

Stockers are high energy, motivated associates who manually move merchandise to designated areas. This role is critical to providing our customers with the product they expect when they need it most to enjoy their time on the water. You can expect the work to be physically demanding with an extremely high focus on your safety and the safety of others.  The flow of freight is very fast-paced, and productivity expectations are high. Primary Responsibilities

  • Stocks product to appropriate areas of the facility in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Utilizes handheld radio frequency (R.F.) scanner in a safe manner. 
  • Puts merchandise in the primary location. 
  • Report product that will not fit in the primary locations.   
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment for crew members, adhering to all safety rules and standards. 
  • Maintain the shop’s stability and reputation by complying with all relevant legal requirements. 
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. 
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring efficient operations. 
  • Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently.
