Job description

What you'll do:

  • Manage and grow roster of key accounts across movie studios, streamers, music tours and gambling by building strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and exceptional client service on one of our fastest goring teams at the Trade Desk, the Growth Team.
  • Build and guide campaigns around movie launches, TV subscriptions, artist tours, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Trading team to rapidly onboard new customers and provide data driven insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify ways to grow current accounts.
  • Become an expert on the use and best practices on The Trade Desk platform and offer insights to clients on how to improve campaigns and meet KPIs.
  • Provide continual training to clients as new features are added to The Trade Desk.
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform.
  • Work with a diversity of high profiles accounts across multiple verticals.
  • Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides.

Who you are:

  • 2 + years of consultative, client-facing work with online advertising and programatic experience required
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies.
  • Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and internal stakeholders as well as work independently on daily tasks.
  • Someone who is looking to grow into more senior level opportunities in the region.
  • Willing to to travel 2-3 times a quarter, domestically
