We are looking for a Parts Stock person for our Lexus & Toyota of Manhattan locations!

The Parts Stock Person is responsible for ensuring that all parts inventory and supplies are promptly and properly transported, stocked, displayed, and secured according to company regulations.

What you will be doing:

  • Loads and unloads vehicles with customer orders and incoming stock
  • Stocks orders accurately and ensures labels are accurate, clear, and visible
  • Verifies that all items pulled are the correct part number and in the quantity ordered
  • Prepares and packs customer orders, ensuring items are properly packaged and sealed
  • Performs count checks as requested
  • Reports damaged or missing products
  • Communicates and collaborates with manager on inventory and orders
  • Maintains cleanliness of the Parts Department
  • Reports any and all accidents to a manager
  • Follows factory guidelines for warranty parts storage and returns
  • Follows company safety procedures and policies

Automotive Parts Stock Person Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license, in good standing
  • Previous Dealership experience preferred
  • Previous Parts experience preferred
  • Must be able lift, lower, push all sizes of boxes up to and in excess of 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand, sit and mobilize through various dealership work areas (sometimes for extended periods)
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groups
  • Must perform light housekeeping duties
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17 - $19.00 per hour
