State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Join Our Team at Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation! $1.50 Night shift differential

At Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents in a compassionate and supportive environment. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) on our evening shift team, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized care and attention to our residents.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled STNA to join our day shift team at Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. We also have PRN night shift available. As an STNA, you'll provide basic care and support to our residents, including daily living activities, personal care, and assistance with mobility and transfers. You'll work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic care and support to residents, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and feeding

  • Help residents with mobility and transfers, including lifting, transferring, and repositioning

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention

Requirements:

  • State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification or CNA certification (as required by the state of Ohio)

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
