Role Overview STMicroelectronics is seeking a Communications, Equipment, Computer, and Peripheral (CECP) Global Segment Marketing Leader with special focus on Data Centers to define and drive the long-term strategy, system architecture vision, and market positioning for ST's CECP - Data Center focused vertical. This executive role sits at the intersection of market insight, system architecture, product strategy, and global sales execution.

The successful candidate will act as a key influencer across Product Groups, Regional Sales, and Executive Leadership, shaping both ST's near-term penetration into current Data Center opportunities and long-term investments aligned with future workloads, architectures, and customer roadmaps. The role requires strong technical depth, the ability to speak credibly with hyperscale, cloud, and infrastructure customers, and the leadership presence to drive alignment across highly matrixed global teams. Key Responsibilities Segment Strategy & System Architecture Leadership Lead the definition and execution of the CECP Segments with focus on Data Center's long-term strategy, including system-level architecture vision across power, compute, connectivity, analog, and sensing domains.

Establish and maintain a system-view approach aligning customer requirements, application roadmaps, and ST's technology investments. Define priority application spaces, platforms, and reference architectures. Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning Develop deep understanding of the global CECP Segment with focus on Data Center market and emerging architectures.

Assess ST's competitive positioning versus key competitors. Translate market trends into actionable product and technology inputs. Influence on Product Roadmaps Serve as primary interface between the segment and Product Groups.

Provide structured inputs into product roadmaps and long-term investment decisions. Customer & Sales Enablement Support sales organizations in strategic customer engagements. Lead system architecture discussions at senior customer levels when required.

Leadership & Governance Lead and develop the Segment Marketing & Applications team. Ensure effective cross-functional governance and alignment. Candidate Profile Required Experience 15+ years in Data Center, Cloud, Enterprise Infrastructure, or HPC ecosystems.

Deep, proven, knowledge on Data Center power delivery architectures, topologies and applications. Consolidated knowledge on power semiconductor devices and technologies with focus on DC-DC and AC-DC power delivery systems. Strong system-level technical expertise.

Proven ability to influence product strategy. Executive-level customer engagement experience. Preferred Background Experience with leading semiconductor or data center ecosystem players.

Analog power design experience at IC and/or system level. CPU VR (multiphase plus SPS) power delivery validation experience. Experience on power delivery requirements for AI infrastructure.

Combination of technical depth and market insight. Core Competencies Data center market and competitive expertise System architecture knowledge and leadership Strategic, long-term thinking Cross-functional influence At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base annual salary range for this role is between $250,000-300,000 USD.
