Standard Job Description
You will be the Subcontract Management Stf for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex subcontracts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Stf you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams and overseeing procurement activities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
  • Negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, and issue awards.
  • Administer subcontracts and manage change activities throughout the lifecycle.
  • Hold procurement delegation authority and sign supplier agreements within established limits.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
  • Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR
  • Working knowledge of standard contract types
  • Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills
  • Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Desired Skills
  • Experience managing complex subcontracts
  • Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry
  • Experience with LM S/4Hana

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
