Job Description

Job Summary

Signature Closers, part of the family of companies at Stewart Title, and the Stewart Signing Solutions group are is seeking a Client Technical Solutions Specialist who promotes Stewart's digital/technical services and solutions through various sales and support activities designed to ensure customer success using established technical skills to maximize revenue, usage, and market share


Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Stewart's suite of signing solutions including NotaryCam, Signature Closers, Stewart Sign, and Signer's Choice to promote digital/technical services and solutions to Stewart clients.

  • Act as a liaison between clients' technical teams and our internal IT department.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and business needs including product training.

  • Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline.

  • Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization.

  • Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals.

  • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents.

  • Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

  • Individual contributor working with limited oversight.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred


Experience

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience

  • Experience creating, designing, and integrating technologies using new and existing development technologies, APIs, and database

  • Real estate, lending, or title experience preferred

  • Zapier, or similar, experience a plus.
