Job description

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Sterling Heights, MI

Location: 14500 Hall Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48313

Start Date: Flexible

End Date/Duration: Ongoing opportunities available

Shift: Various (typically full-time, flexible shifts)

Hours/Week: 40+ hours/week depending on assignment

Employment Type: Full-Time

Licensure: MI RN license, CRNA certification

Experience: Prior anesthesia experience required

What You'll Do

  • Provide anesthesia care for diverse outpatient surgical procedures across multiple specialties including orthopedics, plastic surgery, Urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, and endoscopy
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
  • Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care
  • Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications
  • Provide post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
  • Maintain accurate documentation adhering to regulatory standards
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons and healthcare team members
  • Travel to support other ambulatory surgery sites as needed

What You Need

  • Valid MI RN license and current CRNA certification
  • ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
  • Prior anesthesia experience in outpatient settings
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to safety, and teamwork orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to multiple surgical specialties
