What You'll Do

In this flexible, crossโ€‘trained role, you will support pharmacy operations across multiple functions based on daily needs.

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP <797> standards and organizational SOPs
  • Flex across cleanroom, delivery coordination, and warehouse workflows to ensure operational coverage
  • Maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency across medication preparation and distribution

  • Follow required garbing, hand hygiene, and cleanroom entry procedures
  • Prepare, label, and document compounded sterile preparations accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of primary and secondary engineering controls
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and disinfection tasks
  • Conduct environmental monitoring, equipment checks, and assigned QA activities
  • Participate in deviation reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
Order Fulfillment & Delivery Coordination
  • Pick, pack, and stage patient orders accurately
  • Verify correct products, labeling, packaging, and documentation
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with patients, couriers, and delivery personnel
  • Prepare delivery manifests and ensure timely dispatch

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to sterile technique
  • Comfort working in regulated, highly structured environments
  • Adaptability and willingness to flex across multiple operational areas
  • Accountability, reliability, and pride in accurate work
  • A collaborative mindset that supports pharmacists, clinicians, and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmacy Technician certification
  • Experience in sterile compounding, IV/home infusion, or specialty pharmacy
  • Experience with order fulfillment, delivery coordination, or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with inventory management and pharmacy production workflows

You don't need to check every box - we value how you work just as much as where you've been.
