13 weeks, Local Contract to Hire

Variable day, nights and evenings (5X8) hour shifts per week. NOT SHIFT SPECIFIC, SHIFT IS FLUID AND CHANGES BASED ON NEED

Job Title: Sterile Processing Manager
Duties: What you will deliver: A stable, high-performing Sterile Processing Department across all shifts
Strong supervisors who run disciplined, accountable shifts
Reliable instrument availability aligned with surgical schedules
Audit-ready compliance and documentation
Measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and team engagement
