Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join a leading food and beverage manufacturing company as a Maintenance Technician. We provide end-to-end packaging solutions in collaboration with renowned brands. We are seeking expert technicians with 5-7 years of experience to work in our state-of-the-art facility, focusing on either the Processing or Packaging departments. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovation in beverage manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting tasks for production equipment repair and maintenance.
- Manage logistics work, including receiving goods, preparing goods for production orders, and loading bulk products for shipment.
- Adhere to all health, occupational, environmental, and food safety regulations.
- Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Integrated Management Systems, including Production, Quality, Food Safety, and GMP.
Essential Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in a maintenance role.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with beverage manufacturing maintenance.
