Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join a leading food and beverage manufacturing company as a Maintenance Technician. We provide end-to-end packaging solutions in collaboration with renowned brands. We are seeking expert technicians with 5-7 years of experience to work in our state-of-the-art facility, focusing on either the Processing or Packaging departments. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovation in beverage manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain equipment in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting tasks for production equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Manage logistics work, including receiving goods, preparing goods for production orders, and loading bulk products for shipment.
  • Adhere to all health, occupational, environmental, and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Integrated Management Systems, including Production, Quality, Food Safety, and GMP.

Essential Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in a maintenance role.
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with beverage manufacturing maintenance.
  • Ability to understand and safely use various hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required; trade or vocational school education preferred.
  • Experience with blending systems, pumps, valves, and think tops.
  • Experience with homogenizers, sterilizers, and hydraulics preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems up to 480 VACS, controls, and instrumentation.
  • BRC/HACCP, Environment, Sustainability experience.
