Job description

Responsible for the day to day supervision of activities in the JAX and WCH Prep and Sterile Department for a 24 hour operation. Ensures Prep and Sterile policies and procedures are standardized in compliance with regulatory agencies across the healthcare system. Actively participates in the hiring, counseling, and performance reviews of the staff. Monitors and participates in the budget process, which includes expense activity and interpretation of data. Cert Note: Certification in related field is required. ACLS not required for BMDA departments.
