Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support dental assistants to ensure efficiency and consistency
Assist the doctor during a variety of procedures (restorative, surgical, hygiene support, etc.)
Ensure operatories are fully stocked, clean, and set up for each procedure
Maintain sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
Oversee back-office workflow and help manage daily schedule flow
Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral scans
Monitor inventory and order clinical supplies as needed
Provide excellent patient care and education before, during, and after treatment
Communicate clearly with front office regarding treatment plans and patient needs
Help implement systems and improve team efficiency

Salary Range

Full-time $20 - $30 per hour

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Lead Dental Assistant to help guide our clinical team and support daily operations. M-W 7:30-5:30 Thursdays 7:30-3 pm . pay depends on experience
